Shipping
All orders are are shipped within 48 hours of being placed.  In the event of an item being out of stock; you will be notified immediately through the contact email which you provide during placement of your order.

Items can be shipped to areas outside the United States, however, orders placed through our website can be shipped only to addresses within the continental United States.  To have an item sent outside of the US, please call our Customer Service and we can make these arrangement for you.

Kamp Kreatures knows that you care how information about you is used and shared.  We appreciate your business and take every measure to ensure that your information is handled sensibly and securely.

Information about you, our customer, is an important part of our business.  We never share or sell your information to others.  We share customer information only through the normal processes which are necessary to fulfill your order.

 

Security
The information that you provide to us with your order is very secure.  All information is encrypted using secure server software which protects your information during transmission over the web.  We also take every precaution to protect your information once we receive it.  We don't store your credit card.  When you order with a credit card at Kamp Kreatures the credit card is charged instantly.  Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.

•  We will accept returns of reasonable nature for puppets, toys and unopened DVD's, CD's, and Video's (shrink wrap intact) if the items are returned in original condition.  Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 30 days after we ship the order.  Make sure you check your order for damage due to shipping. 

•  Please contact us prior to sending items back.  Returns should be made after contacting us regarding the reason for the return.  Requests for returns and refunds must be made within five (5) days of receipt of item(s).  Items returned must be in original condition, including original tags attached to the item bought, and individual packaging exclusive of any shipping package.  If the item is shrink wrapped, it cannot be returned for full credit if opened.  Closed out items may not be returned.  A nominal fee may be charged for returns that received free shipping even if all returned items are in original condition and the tags are attached. 

•  Customers are responsible for any postage to return items.  If we agree to pay a refund for return postage, it will be refunded based on the cost of US Postal Service charges.  We do not refund for higher rates charged by other carriers. 

•  We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or failure of customer to pick up or otherwise arrange to receive the orders.  Make sure you provide the correct addresses. 

•  Manufacturers Defects
If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions 804-730-5885.  

Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions.  All defective items will be replaced with non-defective item. 

•  Postage paid is not refundable for returned items unless the item was defective and has been determined by our customer service department to be defective.
