Bringing her personal experience as a mother and her professional experience as a teacher in the school system for eight years, Gail Russell in concert with industry professionals created Magical Puppet Creations (MPC) as a “Content-Production-Performance Company” which developed and now produces Kamp Kreatures Puppet Shows.

Kamp Kreatures is an exclusively owned children’s intellectual property based on an abandoned camp in the woods that has been taken over by a zany and all too human group of woodland creatures who now run the camp. Behind the comedy, original music, learning and fun that rule the day, there are very important lessons in self esteem, comprehension, appreciating and respecting others and keeping healthy.

MPC is a vertically integrated company that maintains its own recording studio and production facility. Its creative team of production designers, costume designers, writers, music composers, puppeteers, voice-over professionals and performers have produced the company’s shows which have reached in excess of six million viewers in the past 13 years.

Now with proven audience acceptance the company has moved forward in keeping with its business plan to bring Kamp Kreatures to a national-international audience via television exposure beginning with its TV Pilot which is currently being aired on several different networks both in the US and Internationally.

MPC is now engaged in distributing its Pilot to both secular and religious TV networks and internet based broad-band Web exposure. The company continues to move in developing strategic business relationships that will result in the production of its first full season of television shows and the subsequent distribution of its branded character driven products. These products are currently available from its website store, (www.kampkreatures.com), and physical retail outlet.

When its first season of programming and TV distribution are completed, the company will begin its character licensing operations.
